ObamaCare: Protects Lawyers, Pharmaceutical and Insurance Companies: Forcing Higher Premiums

Under the Government 'controlled' Plan, patients (citizens) 
and doctors are penalized.
Under the same Government controlled healthcare policies
it does not penalize Lawyers
Pharmaceutical and Insurance Companies.
Lawyers and Insurance are two 
main reasons for higher Premiums.

Lawyers  sue  doctors for any amount of
money they can get while receiving outrageous fees.
Even innocent doctor have to take out high Premium
Insurance coverage to cover the lawyer's fee.
This cost is passed onto the patient.

At the same time, ObamaCare
is reducing reimbursement payments to doctors
while adding insurance tax penalties to private care
doctors who run small businesses.  

Further increasing
costs of healthcare, PASSING it onto the patients.
 
Insurance Companies don't have to compete
across State Lines for patients; thereby,
not forcing them to lower their premiums
in competition;
and thereby, not giving patients more options
to choose the best policies.

"..other industries that were once strictly state-based,such as banking, have worked well with interstate competition. "It doesn't mean you're not regulated," he said."You'll have better competition," and still have safeguards.

The Republicans put these two solutions on the ObamaCare table:
Capping Lawyers fees;
and
forcing Insurance companies to compete across State Lines.

Two of the MAIN sources that "force" patients and doctors
 into HIGHER PREMIUMS.

Democrats refused to Penalize the Lawyers or the
Insurance Companies.
They chose, instead,
to "penalizing the patient and the doctor,
"the ones having to buy higher premiums.

How can the cost of Health Care go down While
on the "backs" of patients and doctors?

When the two main sources of Raising
Premiums still exist?

or

When the White House Contracted a drug
deal with the pharmaceutical
companies?
"...WASHINGTON — Pressed by industry lobbyists,White House officials on Wednesday assured drug makers that the administration stood by a behind-the-scenes deal to block any Congressional effort to extract cost savings......In response, the industry successfully demanded that the White House explicitly acknowledge for the first time that it had committed to protect drug makersfrom bearing further costs in the overhaul. The Obama administration had never spelled
 out the details of the agreement.."
