Our U-Haul Trip to Montana

For those of you who said the U-Haul trip to Montana from California would be
an adventure. It's not, as if, I never pitched a tent and walked through the woods
in blinding darkness, looking for a one-holer.
Don't ask me to do it again.

I can't tell which was more exciting: the torrent rains, potholes, or my husband
locking the keys in the truck.

Before we left, we knew that his secretary had her U-Haul stolen with
all of her valuables while it was parked in her driveway. Never seen again.
We took all kinds of precautions. Unbolting the battery at night, parking
the van in view of our hotel window, padlocking the storage door, and
syncing my iPad to remote tracking with the laptop computer in the truck.
Whenever we stopped on the road, I pulled out my pepper spray…all for not.
My guardian angels were watching over us.

Unloading the U-Haul went fast enough, I had time to unpack the library books
and flip through a book, I Am That.
The first page I landed on said that "to be spiritually enlightened is to 'not' want
for food, sex or to be afraid.
I thought, "I Am not That."
If being spiritually enlightened means to be 'void' of fear, physical desires and earthly
things; then this 'enlightened one' knows there is time to be spiritual
after I'm dead.  I will have, nothing but, spiritual time on my hands.

In the meantime, I still have fears of selling this home in California and moving permanently
to Montana.

Mexico, Illegal Weapons: Fast and Furious

According to Obama:
"Most of the guns used to commit violence here in Mexico come from the United States," President Obama said during a speech at Mexico's Anthropology Museum. "I think many of you know that in America, our Constitution guarantees our individual right to bear arms. And as president, I swore an oath to uphold that right, and I always will.""But at the same time, as I’ve said in the United States, I will continue to do everything in my power to pass common-sense reforms that keep guns out of the hands of criminals and dangerous people. That can save lives here in Mexico and back home in the United States. It’s the right thing to do," Obama added."  http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2013/05/03/obama_blames_us_for_gun_violence_in_mexico_pushes_for_gun_control.html

My take:
Remember the hundreds of Mexicans and the
DEA Agent killed when over 2000 assault weapons crossed over the border into Mexico and
were given to the Mexican cartel by the Obama Administration, so they could track the guns
to the crime…like that works…maybe
for the Mafia.
Attorney General Eric Holder's office lost track of the weapons until it killed an American Agent.
Never mind that AG Holder said he never heard of Fast and Furious during the Congressional
Hearings.

Interesting that Obama did not mention that "his" Attorney General was the one who
"Provided those Illegal Guns" to Mexico during "Fast and Furious"
which was Covered Up by Obama himself when he had an "executive order"
issued to STOP the investigation into the
incompetence of his Administration. These were not Bush's guns, contrary
to Liberal popular 'wishful thinking.'

Obama has the audacity to go to Mexico and blame Americans for his incompetence.
Makes one wonder what part of the brain does not deal with the facts.
